Always pretty wild being at the post office first thing in the morning and seeing a bunch of older folks paying their bills with cash at the counter, thinking that they were likely the age I am now around the year 2000, and wondering what amazingly anachronistic habit I'm going to refuse to give up on when I get to that age.

I'm a nerd, yes, but I wouldn't be nearly so interested in the current Moon mission stuff if all the other news going on wasn't so absolutely awful.

I have finally accepted my fate and purchased a new TV.

Wonder if I'll be able to get a new driver board or something and be able to make use of the old panel somehow.

Still very annoyed, but I can't say it's an intermittent fault any more. It's more like it's intermittently working OK.
