If we're giving helpful advice, you can easily tell if a piece of cement sheeting contains asbestos, because it'll tingle on your tongue like popping candy when you lick it.
Call me crazy, but there may be a conflict of interest worth considering in this case.
I'm not big on tooting my own horn and stuff but I keep thinking about this thing and how I have actually reached a point where I can come up with a solution for something like this without an existing schematic.
The LED part, that is - I absolutely copied the ROM switcher circuit from someone else.
