Dresden replaced the frame happily and we had a chat about isopropyl alcohol! I'm mainly surprised that this took so long to happen. The staff member I spoke to didn't think the colour dyes would make a difference in how vulnerable the frames might be so it's just weird "luck" that my newest frames were the first time I encountered this.
That's assuming it was IPA that did this, of course, and not just a random manufacturing flaw in this one set.
Anyway I know to be more careful with my glasses when doing electronics stuff now!
Just realised my hair has reached "ponytail" length and I have some decisions to make 😆
My brain was soup today, but I got a decent start on a bit of documentation done so I may have a treat.
I put my glasses on, walked out of the room, looked at my phone and realised I couldn't focus properly on the screen. Thought maybe I'd put the wrong pair on and then realised that the frame had cracked in two places and both the lenses had fallen out.

Good thing I have plans to be in Collingwood already tomorrow. I'm going to be dropping in at Dresden with a few questions.
