The eternal challenge of finding a way to explain to non technical people that yes, I'm in the IT team but I'm not "the IT guy".

Not that if your laptop just exploded in your hand I'm not going to try to help you, but for a lot of general issues I don't necessarily know a whole lot that might help, and I'm not just telling you to call a helpdesk number to brush you off.
