Having a perfectly normal day and diagnosing the issue with the motel wifi and getting their office back online so they can organise someone to fix it properly.
(their PoE switch seems to have just chosen last night to give up, it'll need replacing but the reception area has a small dedicated AP so I plugged that directly into the router)
I have an incredibly large latte and an almond croissant from a cafe just down the street and the day is looking like it might be manageable.
The absolute best part of any motel stay will now commence.
