These are some other sites I maintain or work on.
I've got far too many sites for the time I have to devote to them, which is somewhat sad. I have this habit of coming up with an idea for a web site or some online plaything, then watching it rot while feeling guilty.
Grouse started out as one of those "Site of the Day" sites, back in 1997 when such things were exciting. In 2005, when all our editors were finding it hard to keep pushing something interesting out every single day, we switched to a more "common" weblog-type system and started posting more sporadically.
The funny thing was when some readers complained that they couldn't believe we'd turned into a "blog". We'd been one all along, really.
Minimalist Dong is my good old-fashioned weblog. I update it when I have something to say, which happens occasionally.
This site, and many others, are hosted on the servers I run on the behalf of The Receptacle, which is a collective of people splitting the costs of keeping a decent net connection up and having a nice server attached to it.
